What You'll Do
- Provide individual and group counseling services for individuals in addiction recovery.
- Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic groups, including relapse prevention and trauma-informed care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support comprehensive treatment planning and client care.
- Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and treatment planning discussions.
- Support clients through early recovery and other critical transition periods.
What We're Looking For
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field.
- Active licensure or license-eligible status (LCSW, CSW, LPCC, MFT, LPCA, or equivalent).
- Experience in or a strong interest in addiction recovery and behavioral health.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Passion for providing compassionate, client-centered care.
