CNC Machine Maintenance Technician III
Shift: First Shift
Pay: up to $45/hour + 10–15 hours of overtime per week
Bonus: 5% quarterly bonus

Position Overview
We’re seeking a skilled and hands-on CNC Machine Maintenance Technician III to lead the charge in maintaining and optimizing our CNC machinery and facility equipment. This is a critical role focused on ensuring maximum equipment uptime, safety, and production efficiency through expert troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance efforts.
Key Responsibilities

Perform complex maintenance on CNC machines, production equipment, and facility systems (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic).

Develop and maintain work instructions for production and facility equipment to build a structured preventive maintenance program.

Inspect, diagnose, and repair malfunctioning equipment using precision tools, electric multimeters, and diagnostic software.

Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors for specialized services or repairs.

Procure and track parts inventory to support maintenance operations.

Assist with training maintenance staff and machine operators on regular and preventative maintenance routines.

Prioritize, schedule, and execute both planned and unscheduled maintenance tasks based on business and leadership needs.

Partner with management to assess equipment performance, identify recurring issues, and plan future maintenance needs.

Perform emergency repairs during production hours and scheduled maintenance during downtime.

Conduct inspections of CNC machines to detect wear, misalignment, or mechanical/electrical faults.

Occasionally assist with facility upkeep (patching walls, painting, etc.).

Use of personal vehicle may be required for select job-related errands.
Qualifications
Preferred Experience & Skills:
-
5+ years of hands-on CNC maintenance experience (may substitute for degree).

Skilled in using hand and power tools, diagnostic equipment, and multimeters.

Solid understanding of mechanical systems, electronics, pneumatics, and hydraulics.

Prior machine shop or manufacturing environment experience strongly preferred.

Ability to interpret electrical schematics, safety regulations, technical manuals, and maintenance procedures.

Proficient with computers and digital maintenance systems.

Strong math skills, including ability to work with fractions, decimals, and unit conversions.

Pay Details: $66,560.00 to $87,360.00 per year
