We are currently seeking a detail-oriented individual to join us for a temporary assignment to support our busy scheduling department.
OverviewWe are looking for a highly organized and communicative Temporary Scheduler to support our team from mid-May through the end of July. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing appointments for our service technicians, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for HVAC technicians
- Manage and update the scheduling system to ensure efficient workflow
- Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates
- Handle incoming calls and emails related to scheduling inquiries
- Assist in resolving scheduling conflicts and ensuring timely service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of appointments and service calls
- Collaborate with the team to optimize scheduling processes
Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in scheduling or administrative roles preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in using scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
Schedule: Monday - Friday (7:30AM - 4:00PM)
Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 Hourly
