Compensation:
$80,000 - $90,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the production floor
- Program parts
- Determine program objectives and requirements, organize programs and projects, and develop standards and guidelines for diverse activities
- Focus on managing the safety program
- Ensure proper operation of the machines by the machinists
- Communicate with other departments to ensure an accurate product
- Assist in the preparation of bills of material, engineering change orders, and other documentation.
- Lead, mentor, and coach while maintaining a positive team attitude
- Purchasing material oversight for production orders
Qualifications:
- Must have experience in a manufacturing environment
- Estimation experience
- Proven project coordination and management
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of management experience
- Competence or desire to learn programming and nesting of the plasma cutting table
- Demonstrate a high degree of creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in anticipating and solving unprecedented complexities.

A second expansion was completed in 2013. In 2014, we further expanded our capabilities with the addition of an Integrated Waterjet Cutting System.
