Job Title: Equipment Maintenance Technician

Type of Role: Direct Hire

Shift / Hours: Day: Thur-Sat 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM or 3rd: 5:00 Pm - 5:30 Am

Location: Manchester, NH

Salary Range: $28.00 - $39.00 DOE

Performs electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process.

Role and Responsibilities:

· Troubleshoots, adjusts, repairs and assembles equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches or drawings.

· Use test and diagnostic equipment to perform diagnostics.

· Rebuilds/Service manufacturing equipment as required.

· May perform equipment modifications as directed by Manufacturing Engineers.

· Identify spare parts, tools or materials needed to maintain equipment.

· Perform Regular Preventative Maintenance.

Skills and Experience:

· 2 year Technical Degree.

· 2 - 4 years minimum of SMT Machine Operation and Repair.

· Knowledge of Fuji equipment is plus.

· Knowledge of Automation with some knowledge of PLCs and its operation.

· Basic computer knowledge is required.

· Experience decreasing downtime and yields improvements.
