Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Reach Truck Operator, where you will play a crucial role in picking orders for shipment using a reach lift. While there are currently no KPIs in place, we are to track the time taken to pick orders. We are seeking motivated and skilled operators to enhance our receiving side operations.
Responsibilities
- Operate a reach lift to pick orders for shipment.
- Utilize pallet jacks and forklifts for efficient order picking and receiving.
- Ensure accurate and timely order picking using RF scanners.
- Assist with receiving and organizing inventory in the distribution center.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in operating reach lifts and pallet jacks.
- Experience with order picking and receiving processes.
- Ability to use RF scanners effectively.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience with forklift operation.
- Strong organizational skills for inventory management.

The work environment is based in a well-equipped warehouse on 54th street, offering a collaborative atmosphere with opportunities for skill enhancement. Employees are expected to adhere to safety protocols and dress codes typical for warehouse operations.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kent, Washington.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.
