A mission-driven healthcare organization is seeking a full-time Pediatrician to join a well-established outpatient practice serving underserved communities in Southern Indiana. Practice Highlights:

100% outpatient practice

Join a supportive team including two physicians and two nurse practitioners

Manage approximately 18-20 patients per day

Team-based, collaborative care model

Integrated Behavioral Health services onsite

Flexible full-time schedule with optional four-day work week

No evenings or weekend requirements

Closed on major holidays

35 patient-facing hours per week

Use of eClinicalWorks (eCW) electronic medical records system
Clinic Hours:

Monday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Tuesday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Saturday (1st & 3rd): 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Sunday: Closed

Qualifications:

MD or DO from an accredited medical school

Completion of an accredited pediatric residency program

Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatrics

Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in the state of Indiana

Demonstrated commitment to providing care in medically underserved settings

Preference for experience in FQHC, CHC, or PCMH models of care
