We’re Hiring:
ADT is seeking a Residential Sales Manager to lead our growing team in Minnesota. This isn’t a desk job—it’s a hands-on, high-energy leadership position. Expect to spend 25–50% of your time in the field selling and coaching alongside your team.
If you have experience in in-home sales or door-to-door industries like solar, roofing, home improvement, pest control, or security, you’ll feel right at home here. Our most successful managers have come from a wide range of direct-to-consumer backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of Residential Sales Representatives within a defined territory
• Recruit, train, mentor, and coach team members to maximize their potential
• Conduct ride-alongs, sales meetings, and 1:1s regularly to develop your team
• Implement and drive self-generated lead strategies and grassroots marketing
• Promote awareness and understanding of smart home technology and security services
• Partner with installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely project completion
• Maintain performance metrics, hold reps accountable, and conduct annual reviews
• Stay aligned with company standards, pricing, policies, and compliance guidelines
• Be a culture carrier and uphold ADT’s values in all team interactions

Qualifications:
• 3–5 years of proven sales leadership or supervisory experience
• Background in direct-to-customer sales (in-home, door-to-door, or related fields)
• Ability to lead by example, communicate effectively, and coach to performance
• Results-driven with a hands-on “do whatever it takes” mentality
• Ability to travel locally, including evenings or weekends as needed
• Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
