Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A well-established retail pharmacy is seeking reliable pharmacy technicians to join their per diem team, offering consistent work 3-4 days weekly with opportunities for additional shifts. This role is based in the greater Sacramento area, including sites in Lodi and Stockton, providing a stable week-in/week-out revenue stream.
Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume retail pharmacy setting and demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills. This position involves essential retail pharmacy duties such as answering phones, data entry, label printing, filling and dispensing prescriptions, managing cash registers, inventory control, and handling takebacks. A couple of days of training will be provided to ensure smooth integration into the team.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in high-volume retail pharmacy
- Proficient in prescription filling and dispensing processes
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Comfortable managing inventory and operating cash registers
- Reliable and punctual with a professional approach
Location:
- Primary locations throughout the greater Sacramento area, including Lodi and Stockton
Schedule:
- Days, evenings, and weekends
