Key Responsibilities

Generate new business by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and converting leads into policyholders

Conduct personalized client consultations to assess insurance needs and recommend coverage

Sell and cross-sell insurance products: Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies

Build and nurture strong client relationships with continuous support and policy reviews

Achieve and exceed individual sales goals to contribute to agency growth

Stay up to date on product knowledge and compliance requirements

Use CRM tools to track leads, manage follow-ups, and oversee policy renewals

Take part in team meetings and contribute to sales strategies
What We’re Looking For

Minimum one year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

Confidence with outbound calls and closing sales

Coachable attitude and willingness to learn

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Bilingual skills are a plus
