Position Overview
The Stacker plays an essential role in our production process by organizing and preparing completed steel parts for shipping and storage. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for advancement and on-the-job training. No prior experience is required just a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Stack prefabricated steel parts in sequence according to wall or truss assembly requirements.
- Align, balance, and secure parts safely for transport or storage.
- Apply shrink wrap or protective covering to finished assemblies.
- Move stacked and wrapped assemblies to designated storage or staging areas using pallet jacks or other equipment (training provided).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
Qualifications
- No prior experience required we provide full training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable attendance and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of measurements and attention to detail preferred.
