Customer Service Representative Farmers Insurance

Were looking for a Customer Service Representative who is friendly, detail-oriented, and passionate about building strong relationships with our clients. In this role, youll be the first point of contact for our customersproviding support, answering questions, and ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impression.
What Youll Do:
Deliver exceptional customer service by handling inbound calls, emails, and in-office inquiries
Assist clients with policy questions, billing concerns, and coverage changes
Process policy updates, payments, and documentation accurately and efficiently
Proactively identify opportunities to educate clients on additional products and services
Maintain strong client relationships through professionalism and follow-up

Responsibilities
- Take premium payments from customers.
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
- Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
- Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
- Be outstanding at relationship building.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Must like to Type Forms and Applications
Requirements
- A Property & Casualty insurance license is preferred Must obtain within 60 days of hire. Licensing assistance available.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
