$90–100k Base (DOE) + Bonus (Six-Figure Earning Potential)

Hearing Services of Santa Barbara is currently interviewing audiologists who value teamwork, clinical autonomy, and high-quality patient care. A Day in the Life

• Provide comprehensive audiologic care from diagnostics through treatment
• Perform advanced testing including ABR, VNG/ENG, tympanometry, BP testing, and cochlear implant evaluations and mapping
• Fit and program hearing aids with personalized patient counseling and follow-up
• Build rapport and long-term patient relationships through thoughtful, ethical care
• Collaborate closely with three audiologists, an otolaryngologist, and a physician assistant
• Maintain accurate documentation with strong administrative support

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctor of Audiology
• Active (or eligible for) California audiology and hearing aid dispensing licenses
• New graduates and experienced audiologists encouraged to apply
