Job Description
Job DescriptionProvides clerical assistance to court administration staff. Maintain workload while managing an environment with frequent customer inquiries and demands, in person and by phone. Input data entries of court documents/records. Assign, record and process case number of new complaints, citations, and petitions submitted to the court system. Must maintain confidentiality, answer incoming calls, route and/or explain procedures to a variety of individuals.
RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent and one year of related experience. Maintain strict confidentiality. Submit and pass a criminal background check with Federal, Tribal and State Law Enforcement. Must have a valid Oregon Driver's License.
