We are seeking a results-oriented Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our purpose-minded team in Georgia. In this role, you will be more than a recruiter; you will be a strategic partner helping us "Extend the Healing Ministry of Christ" by finding the right people to serve our community. Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with hiring managers to analyze attrition, retirements, and new business plans to proactively develop robust staffing strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring vacancies are kept to facility-specified levels and new programs are staffed for successful openings.ourcore competencies and quality standards.
- Orchestrate and extend competitive job offers, including the management of sign-on bonuses, relocation agreements, and counter-offer scenarios.
- Leverage modern AI tools to optimize sourcing and efficiency within the recruitment lifecycle.
What You’ll Bring:
- 2+ years of professional experience in recruiting or human resources.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Recruiting CRMs, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must reside within 1–2 hours of Rome, Calhoun, or Chatsworth, GA for regular onsite facility visits.
- Previous experience recruiting within a Healthcare environment.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
