Building Block Resolutions is expanding its partnerships with public school districts across Los Angeles and Orange County. We are seeking a professional with strong relationships in K12 education to leaddistrict outreach and master contract acquisitionfor our BII/BID services.
This role is suited for someone who understands how districts operate and knows how to get in front of decision-makers.
Role Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with Special Education Directors, SELPA leaders, Program Specialists, and other district decision-makers
- Identify district needs related to behavioral support services
- Introduce BBRs capabilities and facilitate the approval process
- Navigate district procurement, vendor applications, and partnership pathways
- Track timelines, opportunities, and contract cycles
- Serve as a professional point of contact during contract development
This is a results-driven partnership role not clinical, not hourly, and not operational staff work.

Compensation Structure This is a commission-based role with strong earning potential:
- $5,000 for each master contract awarded
- $300 per student placed
No hourly billing, no salary compensation is based on outcomes.
