Account Coordinator
The Coordinator is responsible for supporting the entire Success Team with a variety of tasks that keep the team organized, on schedule, and effective. This role is foundational for the Success Team’s success.
Scope of Work
The Coordinator will:
- Serve as the first point of contact for Partners via inbox
- Manage the Success Team group inbox (1hr daily)
- Support the Director of Partner Success by running reports (2hr daily)
- Create dashboards for Business Reviews (29 reports)
- Work with the Supplier Team for Supplier opportunities to present during review calls
- Set up internal training within the Success Team as needed (0.5hr daily)
- Handle project management tasks and coordinate with other departments as needed (2hr daily)
- Varied deliverables related to onboarding of new Partners (1hr daily)
- Continually train for professional growth within the Success Team (0.5hr daily / 75hr yearly)
- Learn and incorporate Facilisgroup’s Core Values and industry best practices into daily tasks
Collaboration During Onboarding and Implementation
The Coordinator works hand in hand with the Strategic Account Advisor (SAA) and the Partner during onboarding and implementation. In this capacity, the Coordinator acts as the project manager for all aspects of onboarding, implementation, and training. This includes coordinating tasks, ensuring timelines are met, and facilitating communication between all parties to guarantee a smooth and successful onboarding experience.
Success will be determined by
- Inbox: Initial response time of less than 24 hours, first email resolution, professionalism within email communication
- Data & Reporting: Report completion
- Business Review: Was the goal for BR scheduling met?
- Coordination: Overall success and organization within the Success Team
- Professional Growth: Meeting the outlined requirements for Coordinator training module
