Key Responsibilities

Prepare espresso, coffee, and specialty drinks to company standards

Deliver genuine, high-quality customer service—no scripts, just real hospitality

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace

Work with urgency and focus during high-volume shifts

Qualifications

Previous barista or customer service experience preferred, but not required
Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
