Energetic, warehouse manager for a busy, multi-tasking facility with the ability to communicate with various project contacts while maintaining a timely dispatching and receiving facility in the construction industry. Needed, effective personnel management with the ability to maintain an organized and safe environment. Oversees and collaborates with their team members, perform safety meetings, import coordination and liaison with project managers, general project superintendents etc. Must have valid and clear driver's license.

Summary of duties and responsibilities:

• Manage container arrivals of stone and tile products.
• Organize and Schedule all deliveries.
• Manage warehouse personnel.
• Maintain vehicles/fleet use and maintenance schedules.
• Audit and report inventory for restock.
• Ensure safe use of warehouse and equipment.
• Establish and/or enforce warehouse practices and protocols for efficiency and safety.
• Set warehouse and team goals in collaboration with executive management and other team leads.
• Monitor workplace performance and lead training initiatives for personnel improvement.
• Keep up-to-date on the latest federal and state safety regulations.
• Communicate with other departments to ensure products are shipped in a timely manner.
