Job DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager – Strategic Manufacturing Leadership for a large client. This is a direct hire opportunity based in Deer Park (South Houston area), supporting the largest manufacturing site in the company’s global network.

Location: Deer Park, TX 77536
Compensation: $180,000–$200,000 + Annual Incentive Bonus
Relocation: Available for exceptional candidates

Reports to: HR Director
Schedule: Hybrid – Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Onsite Expectation: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote (may increase for leadership meetings)
The Opportunity
This is a high-impact, strategic HR leadership role supporting five Texas locations (~1,100 employees total, including ~800 at the Deer Park site). The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to the Plant Manager and a potential successor to the HR Director. This site sets the tone for the broader organization, making this role critical to the company’s future direction.
What We’re Looking For
- A strategic HR professional with strong influencing skills and executive-level leadership presence.
- Proven experience in change management, organizational development, and workforce planning.
- Ability to lead and develop a small HR team (2 direct reports), removing obstacles and fostering growth.
- Comfortable navigating a complex workforce that includes a large contractor population—able to support performance management and vendor communications.
- Strong partnership skills to align HR strategy with business goals and drive transformation across multiple sites.
- Must have large global company experience with at least 10+ years in HR, including 8+ years in strategic HR leadership roles.
- Willingness to relocate if the candidate is a strong fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a small team of HR professionals.
- Serve as a strategic partner to the Plant Manager and site leadership.
- Drive change management, workforce planning, and organizational design across five sites.
- Manage performance and vendor communications for a large contractor workforce.
- Align HR strategy with business goals and culture.
- Champion talent development, succession planning, and inclusion initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and regional HR leaders to deliver enterprise-wide solutions.
