About the Role
We’re hiring experienced in‐home closers for True Roofs, one of the fastest‐growing roofing companies in the region. If you’ve closed solar, windows, HVAC, pest, alarms, or any in‐home service — you already have the skillset to win here.
This is a true closer role.
What You’ll Do
· Run pre‐set roofing inspection appointments
· Perform or support basic roof inspections
· Present scope, materials, pricing, and timelines
· Build trust and guide homeowners through decisions
· Close deals and hand off cleanly to operations
· Follow up with urgency and discipline

18+, reliable transportation, ability to walk roofs (training provided), strong communication, available evenings/weekends.
