The Account Manager is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met, and identifying opportunities for additional services and revenue. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. Account Managers play a crucial role in maintaining and growing relationships with our partner dealerships to ensure their satisfaction and to foster long-term business opportunities.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
- Oversee the progress of client projects and ensure they meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to clients.
- Work towards achieving sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue goals.
- Address and resolve any issues or complaints raised by clients promptly and effectively.
- Act as a mediator between clients and internal teams to find satisfactory solutions.
- Promote and sell services through the Key business and Recon
- Develop and pursue referrals for other dealerships
- Prepare regular reports on account status, including client feedback, project progress, and sales performance.
- Analyze client data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide training and support to clients on product usage and best practices.
- Ensure clients are fully aware of all available resources and services.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market research to enhance client strategies and company offerings.
Requirements:
Required Education & Experience:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
