Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our content initiatives and drive brand engagement across diverse digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the beauty industry, with a flair for storytelling and a data-informed approach to strategy. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand narrative, enhancing customer loyalty, and delivering impactful content.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy that aligns with brand objectives and audience preferences.
• Create and manage a detailed multi-channel content calendar, including platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
• Conduct audience research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the beauty industry.
• Craft compelling written content, including captions, scripts, and concept briefs, tailored for social media and video formats.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce visually engaging assets that complement content campaigns.
• Manage social media channels by scheduling, publishing content, and engaging with the online community.
• Respond to audience comments and messages in an authentic and timely manner to foster engagement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including product development and influencer marketing, to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Monitor social media conversations and trends to inform content strategies.
• Coordinate with freelancers and external contributors for specialized content production.• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or social media management, preferably within the beauty or fashion industry.
• Proven ability to write, edit, and proofread engaging content, supported by a strong portfolio.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube, along with best practices for content creation.
• Strong understanding of beauty industry trends, consumer behaviors, and product knowledge.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across teams.
• Experience with analytics tools to measure content performance and optimize strategies.
• Bonus: Skills in short-form video production or influencer campaign coordination.
