Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via phone, email, or in-person to promote and sell company products or services.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to maximize sales opportunities.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales documentation.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay informed about product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally and promptly.
- Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and sales initiatives.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related role preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
