Administrative Assistant / Event Supervisor

Join our exciting and ever-growing events division in this dual role! You’ll be involved as an onsite member of our events team while also assisting behind the scenes.

Principal Job Duties:

  • You will work with our hiring department to bring in new team members and get them oriented.
  • Behind the scenes you’ll be scheduling, processing payroll and performing other administrative tasks.
  • While on-site you’ll help manage the check-in and check-out process for our large venue accounts, and brief staff on event specifics.
  • You will serve as a supervisor and event worker at our various event locations. Time spent onsite vs in the office will vary seasonally and will depend on event volume, making scheduling flexibility a priority.
  • Additionally, there will be shifts that fall during the evenings and on weekends.
  • There is travel involved in this position, and you will need a reliable form of transportation.

  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively.
  • Ability to speak, read, and comprehends the English language.
  • Must be open to feedback, differing opinions and other points of view

Physical Demands:

  • Willingness to work in the elements – heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
  • Ability to lift, push and pull at least 10 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, walk and run for extended periods of time.
  • Ability bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.
