Join our dynamic team at Mecca Integrated Medical, a leading outpatient orthopedic facility dedicated to providing exceptional care for musculoskeletal conditions. We pride ourselves on our collaborative approach, working closely with physical therapists, chiropractors, and acupuncturists to deliver comprehensive and holistic care. We specialize in treating shoulder impingement, trigger finger, carpal tunnel syndrome, and medial/lateral epicondylitis. Our mission is to help patients achieve optimal function and improve their quality of life through personalized therapy programs.
We are seeking a licensed OT to join our multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:
- Create individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy to patients, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities
- Educate patients on proper body mechanics, ergonomics, and home exercise programs
- Monitor patient progress and work in conjunction with our current OT
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay current with best practices
- Organize and update patient records
- Maintain a clean and healthy environment
- Previous experience in occupational therapy or other related fields
- Current OT license in the state of New Jersey **Please do not apply if you aren't licensed**
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Previous experience in an orthopedic setting is preferred but not required
- Dedication to providing high-quality patient care
- Open and willing to interview new graduates!
Qualifications:
We are specifically looking for someone who is available on Monday-Thursday from 4-8pm, but the hours are negotiable in the event that we are a supplemental job- could be more or less depending on the applicant.
