THE TYPE OF CLINIC CLASSROOM LEARNING LEADER WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience instructing at a cosmetology school
- Current cosmetology, barbering, esthetic, or nail and instructor license
- Excellent organization, coaching, and communication skills
- Supervisory, teamwork, documentation, and return on investment skills
- Solid work history with verifiable references
- Passionate for the beauty industry
- Knowledge of Paul Mitchell Schools' cultural and technical systems (preferred)

Each day as a Clinician Classroom Learning Leader with our esthetic team, your day starts by diving into the vibrant clinic classroom, ready to educate, motivate, mentor, and coach future beauty professionals. You create extraordinary learning experiences using objective-based education (O.B.E.), mini-classes, and engaging learning centers. As you guide your esthetic students, you focus on honing their technical and guest service skills, ensuring each lesson is both informative and inspiring. Every day is a new opportunity to share your passion for esthetics and watch your esthetician students thrive!
