Job Description

Job Title: Clinical Psychologist - $8K Sign on bonus
Location: Ocean County, NJ
Type: Full time
Shifts: Days - Mon to Fri
Setting: Outpatient Clinic

Roles and Responsibilities:

Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions in skilled nursing or subacute settings
Diagnose and treat emotional and behavioral health conditions (e.g., anxiety, depression)
Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, family, and facility staff
Maintain timely, accurate documentation using an efficient, clinician-designed EHR

Qualifications:

Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution
Active and unrestricted license to practice as a Psychologist in the State of New Jersey
Previous clinical experience in a geriatric, long-term care, or subacute setting
Experience treating anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Willingness to provide in-person services and move between patient rooms
