We are looking for a Commercial Hvac Service Technician to join our team! You will install, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems.
Responsibilities:
- The ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and identify problems on forced air systems, boilers, and chillers.
- Inspect and perform equipment repairs including compressors, pumps, motors, control boards, coils, and other components.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance quarterly for our clients including changing filters, cleaning coils, changing belts, and inspecting all components for potential malfunctions.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed for our clients.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- The willingness to do hvac install work when service is not needed.
- The ability to document and organize service records for each client, and handle quarterly scheduling.
Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum 3 years experience troubleshooting, repairing, and servicing forced air systems, boilers, and chillers.
- Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams, and technical schematics.
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills in the field.
- Clean driving record for company truck, and valid drivers license.
