Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for a school-based role in Camden Wyoming, Delaware. This on-site opportunity involves providing comprehensive speech therapy services within a school setting for the 2026-2027 school year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech therapy services to students across various grade levels
- Conduct speech and language evaluations
- Develop and write Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Attend IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
- Collect and document progress monitoring data regularly
- Maintain accurate and timely therapy notes
- Utilize data management software including Data Service Center and PowerSchool IEP
Qualifications:
- Active Delaware licensure and certification as an SLP is required
- Experience working as a school-based SLP with solid knowledge of IEP development and evaluations
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and collaborate with educators and families
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Reliable transportation for daily on-site attendance
Position Details:
- Location: Camden Wyoming, DE
- Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday
- Multiple openings available
- On-site presence required; no teletherapy option at this time
