Description
American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a night shift travel contract at a short-term acute care teaching hospital, with first-time travelers welcome to apply.
Details
- Short-term acute care teaching hospital with 59 total staff beds
- CT Scan unit performing both CT and X-Ray
- 1:1 patient ratio
- Night shifts, 3x12 hours from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Weekend overnight shifts required: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- No on-call required
- No floating between units within this facility
- Travelers are expected to float between all facilities within the state
- EMR: Epic (required)
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of CT Technologist experience
- Proficiency in both CT and X-Ray required
- Epic EMR experience required
- Active professional license required if applicable
- Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting
- Full SSN and DOB required for consideration
- All required certifications must be current and provided for consideration
Additional Information
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply for this position
- Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must not reside within 50 miles of the facility
- Candidates must disclose any prior work history at a Providence facility, including location and dates
- RTO requests should be minimal; a small number of days may be approved
- Scrubs of any color are acceptable for this unit
