Responsibilities
- Prospect and follow up with leads through phone, email, and local networking
- Conduct insurance consultations and quote personalized coverage options
- Build and maintain strong client relationships Meet and exceed sales goals set by the agency
- Learn the fundamentals of running a successful insurance business
Requirements
- Must obtain a Property & Casualty License
- Willingness to learn and take feedback
- Self-motivated with a positive, professional attitude
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to network and connect with the community
- Prior sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred
