Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Operations Manager position based in East Providence, RI. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations across multiple commercial accounts, ensuring service quality, operational efficiency, and strong client satisfaction.
This role is hands-on and fast-paced, requiring someone who can manage people, schedules, logistics, and problem-solving in real time. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in the field, leading teams, and addressing operational challenges as they arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, logistics, and site inspections
- Ensure services meet company standards, client expectations, and contractual obligations
- Conduct client walkthroughs, handle concerns, and resolve issues promptly
- Manage inventory, cleaning supplies, equipment, and chemicals while controlling costs
- Supervise, lead, and support cleaning teams across multiple locations
- Maintain clear communication with staff, clients, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and company procedures
- Support continuous improvement of operational processes and service delivery
Qualifications
- Experience in operations management, scheduling, and workforce supervision
- Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual Spanish or Portuguese required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities effectively
- Professional background in commercial cleaning, facilities, or service-based industries is a plus
- Comfortable working on-site and adapting to changing operational needs
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Flexibility with working hours, including occasional evenings or weekends if needed
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary starting at $59,000, based on experience
