Express Employment Professionals has teamed up with a well-established company in Fort Myers who is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in customer service, possess strong communication skills, and can handle administrative tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
- Provide accurate information about company services and policies
- Process orders, applications, and customer requests in a timely manner
- Maintain and update customer records with accuracy
- Assist with general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer interactions
- Follow company guidelines and maintain a high level of professionalism
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
- Prior experience in customer service or office administration is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work full-time, Monday through Friday
