What you need to be successful
To thrive as a Full-Time Customer Service Advocate at Prov Inc, you'll need a blend of essential skills and experience. A High School Diploma (or equivalent) is the foundation, complemented by previous experience in a customer support role that equips you with practical knowledge. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are vital to effectively engage with customers and convey information clearly. Adaptability and flexibility are crucial in navigating a dynamic work environment, enabling you to respond to varied customer needs.
