Job DescriptionNester Machine Operator Pay Rate and Hours:
- D Shift - Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 6:30 pm-7:00 am
- Pay Rate - $16.00/hr
We are hiring Nester Operators to join our 24-hour printing team. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, are mechanically inclined, and want to grow into machine operator roles. You will be an essential part of a team that directly contributes to our profit-sharing program, which rewards hard work and results.
Nester Machine Operator Responsibilities:
- Operate nesting equipment to align with production schedules
- Troubleshoot and solve problems independently or as part of a team
- Work collaboratively with others to meet daily production and quality goals
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Assist in building and assembling product components as needed
- Prepare to transition into full machine operator training
Nester Machine Operator Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must be able to stand for up to 11.5 hours per shift
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs periodically
- Comfortable working 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends as scheduled
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Mechanical ability or experience using tools, hand assembly, or mic gauges is a plus
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- All PPE provided by the company
