  • Guide and support pharmacy personnel, providing training and performance evaluations.
  • Oversee the inventory manager to maintain proper medication stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and insurance entities to address medication-related issues.
  • Manage customer service inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt resolutions.
  • Stay current with regulatory changes and industry trends impacting pharmacy practices.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Active, clear Massachusetts Pharmacist license.

  • Recent pharmacy management experience, strongly preferred in LTC environments.
  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn Frameworks software.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, primarily day shifts with occasional evening coverage.
  • Weekends as needed.

This direct hire position offers the chance to make a significant impact by providing critical leadership in a pharmacy that has been without a dedicated Pharmacist in Charge for over three years. Candidates with a proven LTC pharmacy management background are encouraged to apply to contribute to a growing, compliant, and patient-focused pharmacy environment.

Compensation for this position ranges from $60.00 to $72.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
