RTI Consulting, LLC is seeking an Enterprise Property Specialist for our Prime Contract located in Springfield, VA. This position is on a customer site, no hybrid or remote work available. This position requires an active Security Clearance of a TS/SCI and will be updated with a CI after starting work if not already held.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field such as Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics or equivalent work experience in a comparable field (budget, resource, financial analyst or an accountant, financial auditor)
- Specialized experience with DoD or other government agency budgetary or finance processes.
Demonstrated experience in the following areas:
- Oral and written communications to diverse audiences
- Strategic-level decisions in a team environment
- Microsoft Office Suite, and SharePoint-based websites
- Logistics support (i.e., inventory, distribution, warehouse, transportation, government property disposal, LLD, accountable property records management, and/or contract property administration)
- Analyze data to identify areas of logistics operations to improve efficiency
- Execute projects to enhance logistics operations
- Assess vendor operations and enforce compliance with quality standards
- Experience in logistics information systems, ERP, APSR, ITV, and AIT
- Understanding of DoD logistics policies implementing FAR, DFAR, as related to GFP
