Schedule/Hours:

• 3x12-hour shifts, days (7:00 am 7:30 pm)
• Weekend and holiday rotations required
• No call responsibilities
• Floating available across multiple hospital campuses as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert nursing care to patients in the progressive care/stepdown unit managing cardiac conditions
• Manage peripheral and PICC lines, titrate drips, and interpret dysrhythmias with precision
• Administer cardiac telemetry monitoring, ensuring timely recognition and response to cardiac events
• Adhere to established protocols for patient safety, compliance, and hospital standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current RN licensure with at least 2 years of experience in stepdown or progressive care units
• ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications required
• Proven expertise in cardiac telemetry, dysrhythmia management, peripheral and PICC line care
• Comfortable with floating across different hospital units and campuses
• Strong communication skills and flexibility with work schedule
