What You’ll Be Doing…

As a key member of our operations and logistics team, you will:

  • Monitor inventory levels and manage the receipt, storage, and fulfillment of goods
  • Oversee logistics operations including truck loading/unloading and delivery scheduling
  • Prepare and process shipping and inventory documentation accurately
  • Enhance product workflow by analyzing and developing logistics plans that optimize production, distribution, and inventory management
  • Develop and refine procedures to enhance inventory and distribution efficiency to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize cost.
  • Serve as the primary contact for shipping operations and ensure backup coverage
  • Identify and resolve warehouse bottlenecks to improve operational efficiency
  • Promote collaboration across departments to support business goals
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including 6s practices
  • Lead by example in maintaining a safe and compliant work environment
  • Adapt to changing priorities to meet internal and external customer needs
  • Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues logically and efficiently
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For…

We’re seeking a proactive, safety-focused logistics professional who:

  • Has a High School Degree or GED and 5 years of related experience managing inventory, logistics, and warehouse operations
  • Demonstrates strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Communicates effectively and fosters teamwork across departments
  • Embraces change and adapts quickly in a dynamic environment
  • Is committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Understands or is eager to learn ISO, LEAN, and 6S principles
  • Leads by example in promoting a culture of safety and accountability
  • Is comfortable operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment
