Looking to jumpstart your career with a supportive, growing company? We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable Customer Service Representative to join our front office. As the first voice our customers hear, your main goal is to provide a friendly, helpful experience over the phone. We provide full training on our industry and softwareno prior trade experience required!
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls, greet customers warmly, and route inquiries to the correct department.
- Accurately input customer information, requests, and schedules into our computer system.
- Perform basic administrative tasks, such as data entry, responding to customer emails, and filing.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1 year of general customer service, retail, or hospitality experience preferred (Will train the right person!).
- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- A bright, friendly phone voice and strong listening skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
