Key Responsibilities

• Direct Impact Leadership: Lead and mentor our clinical staff with a focus on Evidence-Based Practices (EBP). You will see the immediate results of your mentorship as your team implements proven modalities (CBT, DBT, MI) to help our clients heal.
• Case Management Oversight & Mentorship: Manage and mentor our Case Management team, ensuring they are effectively identifying client needs and coordinating essential community resources. You will guide them in providing holistic support that complements our clinical interventions.
• Therapist Efficiency & Productivity Management: Support therapist success by overseeing caseload management and efficiency. By helping staff balance their clinical hours and documentation, you ensure our clinic remains a healthy, sustainable place for both providers and patients.
• Master Treatment Planning: Oversee the development and review of Master Treatment Plans, ensuring they are clinically sound and provide a clear, research-backed roadmap for client success.
• Strategic Audit Direction & File Support: Direct internal audits of the full clinical lifecycle (Intakes, Progress Notes, Master Treatment Plans, and Discharges). You will lead a dedicated File Management Team that handles the administrative heavy lifting, allowing you to stay focused on clinical quality and therapist growth.
• Operational Partnership: Work closely with our leadership team to ensure the clinic runs smoothly, monitoring caseloads and collaborating with payroll and billing for timely, accurate cycles.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure our clinic remains a pillar of excellence in Milford by staying current with HIPAA, Michigan licensing boards (LARA), and the latest developments in behavioral healthcare.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
• Licensure: Active, full licensure in the State of Michigan (LMSW, LP, LPC, LMFT).
• Experience: 5+ years of clinical experience; a deep understanding of evidence-based modalities and a high level of organization are essential.
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage diverse teams, including therapists, case managers, and administrative support staff.
