This opportunity is for a full-time Music Therapist position located in Katy, TX, serving students in a school setting within the South and West Divisions. The role focuses on delivering music therapy services aligned with students Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) from ASAP through June 4, 2026.

Key responsibilities include conducting evaluations, providing direct music therapy interventions, tracking progress, and offering training to school staff. This position requires an active Music Therapist - Board Certified (MT-BC) credential and a Bachelors degree in Music Therapy.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Active MT-BC certification with current licensure.
  • Bachelors degree in Music Therapy or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in school-based music therapy services.
  • Ability to conduct student evaluations and develop treatment plans based on IEPs.
  • Skills in direct therapeutic interventions and progress monitoring.
  • Experience training and collaborating with educational staff.
  • Comfortable commuting to locations within the South and West Divisions.
  • Reliable transportation and availability to complete fingerprinting and drug screening as required.

Location:Katy, TX serving schools across South and West divisional areas.
