TRANSPORTATION COORDINATOR
- Responsible for coordinating and implementing new hire and ongoing training and accompanying documentation.
- Maintains records around Driver Licensing, DOT physicals, and BLS Certifications.
- Attends IDT Team daily and communicates all Transportation issues to appropriate staff
- Assists and communicates as needed with Dispatch to plan and execute the scheduling of transportation to and from the center for program participants.
- Respond and execute same day appointments with Dispatch.
- Assures that all scheduled transports are performed within specified times.
- Adjust Drivers shifts and vehicle assignments as needed.
- Communicate daily bus and shift list to Dispatch and Drivers.
- Assists the transportation staff in completing competencies, training, and surveys.
