How You Will Make An Impact
- Oversee end-to-end payroll operations for a large, multi-state workforce
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for hourly, salaried, and commissioned employees
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, local, and union payroll requirements
- Serve as the escalation point for complex payroll inquiries
- Partner with HR and Finance on audits, reconciliations, and issue resolution
- Drive payroll reporting, process improvements, and operational best practices
Are you an experienced payroll leader ready to make an impact?
- Proven payroll leadership experience supporting large employee populations
- Strong multi-state payroll expertise across numerous jurisdictions
- Experience managing union and non-union payroll
- Deep understanding of payroll compliance, taxation, and wage regulations
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder partnership experience
- Background in construction, specialty trades, or similar industries preferred
