Job DescriptionAbout the Role

We’re looking for a motivated, organized, and tech-savvy Office Manager to lead our day-to-day administrative operations and help streamline company growth.

This is not a corporate desk job — it’s a dynamic, leadership-focused role where your input, energy, and ideas directly shape how our business runs. You’ll work closely with the company owner to manage office workflows, support our field teams, and implement new systems that improve efficiency and communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • • Manage daily office operations, scheduling, and communication between field and office teams
  • • Handle invoicing, billing, and bookkeeping tasks (QuickBooks experience preferred)
  • • Maintain accurate records, forms, and reports for clients and internal departments
  • • Assist with project coordination, job documentation, and CRM organization
  • • Implement and optimize digital tools for automation, workflow, and reporting
  • • Support recruiting, onboarding, and HR documentation as needed
  • • Keep the office environment organized, professional, and positive

Ideal Candidate

  • • Highly motivated, ambitious, and self-driven — you take initiative and make things happen
  • • Tech-savvy — fluent with Microsoft 365, QuickBooks, CRMs, and other office software
  • • Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills
  • • Excellent communicator — verbal, written, and digital
  • • Creative problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments
  • • Brings positive energy and helps foster a fun, focused team atmosphere
  • • Previous experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or Project Administrator (construction or service industry experience a plus)
