- Capacity to learn quickly, including familiarity with AxisCare software.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly when answering phone calls.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations.
- Competence in multitasking and reorganizing daily priorities to meet business and client requirements.
- Reliable transportation is necessary.
- Prior experience in home care is advantageous.
- Ability to follow instructions meticulously.
