Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

What it takes to be SUCCESSFUL
To excel in the role of Case Manager for NN Healthy Families:
- Bachelor's degree in human services, such as Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or Counseling.
- One (1) year of experience in case management services for children and adolescents.
- Valid Driver's License
Additionally, organizational skills and the capacity to work independently while also being a team player in a supportive and customer-focused environment are vital for success in this role.
