Pride Health is hiring an Administrative Assistant to support our client’s medical facility based in California.
This is a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension, competitive pay and benefits and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization
Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Mountain View, CA 94040
Pay Range- $24/hr. - $28/hr.
Duration- 6 months+ possible extension
Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Duties
- Coordinates and maintains assigned departmental operations.
- Assists with daily operations and provides administrative support to leadership.
- Develops and maintains efficient office processes and acts as an inter-departmental liaison. Plans and coordinates meetings and events. Coordinates projects as assigned.
Required
- Associate's degree or 2 years of college equivalent required, college degree preferred.
- Three (3) to five (5) years of administrative support experience, preferably in the medical field - managing calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings, taking minutes for meetings, working with and coordinating with physicians.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications; Microsoft Project desirable.
- Medical terminology required.
- Experience in general office duties such as ordering supplies, filing, scanning, photocopying, faxing, and the use of other office machines.
