About the Role

In this role, you’ll evaluate patients, develop personalized therapy plans, and guide individuals of all ages through their rehabilitation journeys. You’ll play a vital role in helping patients regain mobility, improve strength, and return to daily living with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and treatment planning

• Lead therapeutic exercises and provide manual therapy

• Document patient progress and outcomes

• Educate patients and families on care plans and home exercises

• Work closely with other care providers to ensure comprehensive care

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Connecticut (or willing to obtain)

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

• BLS certification (required)

• At least 1 year of recent experience in a clinical setting

• Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered mindset
